Redmi 4 Serious screen problem

Hi everyone,

I'm writing in English weil mein Deutsch nicht so gut ist. I have a serious problem with the screen on Xiaomi Redmi 4 Pro/Prime. First the capacitive buttons (home, return and menu) stopped working. Then, when typing, screen started sending signals from random points in the lower part of the screen (it was pressing random buttons when I was typing messages). It was really annoying because typing became impossible, it would send random texts to people and make random phone calls. I decided to replace the screen, which I did successfuly. However, the phone has the same problem even with the new screen. Where could be the trouble? How could I repair it?

What kind of Miui version do you have on the device? Is it an original ROM?

It's MIUI Global 9.5.3.0 (MBEMIFA) with Android 6.0.1 MMB29M. As far as I know, it should be the original, bought from the Honorbuy.

The last Version is 9.6.1.0 MIUI ROM for Redmi 4 - MIUI Downloads - Xiaomi MIUI Official Forum Maybe even update and see if the error does not occur then.

Do you droped the Phone in water or something else? It's hardly sounds like water damage. I have a Mi5 here with water damage and it's like your with ghost Touch everywere on the screen.
